Sometimes all we need is a pause. Join Mindfulness Coach Erin in this 30-minute no-frills mindfulness practice session. In each session, Erin guides a simple mindfulness practice of attending to our inner and outer landscapes, and closes with some mindful reading. All are welcome to join!
