Since I came home after 22 months away in BJ, I had tons of opportunity to "Take A Pause" and practice mindfulness at home although not that successful at many times, I will still continue putting in Right Effort.
As CNY is drawing closer, my siblings and I are facing quite a bit of conflicts with our parents at home due to different living habits but most of all our perceptions. I am humbly thankful to my parents for giving me this opportunity to practice mindful breathing heartfully from event to event moment to moment.
I am aware I am breathing in.
I am aware I am Breathing out.
