Please do allow me to share how I deeply feel while looking back on my journey of cultivating self-compassion.
The journey was genuinely not easy as I tried my level best to ride all the waves of challenges with mindfulness. I now know that uncovering happiness "is found in a profound and enduring experience of learning how to lean into loving ourselves and others in good times and in bad. It's a happiness based on a sense of common humanity, connectedness, and purpose.
I notice feeling more loving and peaceful with myself and others—not all the time, but much more than before. While I still get hooked at times by self-judgements and negative thoughts, I have learned to be grateful for the good moments and a bit more graceful during the difficult ones, knowing that all things in life come and go."

无常是新生,新生亦无常。
人生唯向前,一步一脚印。
Thank you for sharing this! I'm glad you're practicing self-compassion in each moment of your journey, wherever you may be. :)
