I was able to settle in with the guided movements quite naturally with ease.
"How did you get out of bed today?" -- As I heard this question I realised I was kinda tense this morning before the practice as every morning I need to prepare my youngest niece for school. When I was doing all the guided movements I could feel and hear my bones cracking and then muscles stretching with slight pain. A thought arose to criticize myself for not having practicing my routine morning exercises since I came home from overseas. In a few seconds, the nian just passed and I was again focusing on every movement and each breath breathing in and breathing out.
TNH: "When the energy of anger, jealousy, or despair manifests in us, we should know how to handle it, otherwise we will be overwhelmed by it and suffer tremendously. Mindful breathing is the practice that can help us take care of our emotions."
