Somehow it felt that the entire 7-minute process happened in a blink of eyes, it ended so quickly.
I was recollecting the positive experiences that I had this week in my mind (following the guided questions) and began to filter who to thank. And that was very distracting and disturbing therefore I returned to my breathing one breath at a time. At this particular moment, the nian arose and I just simply wanted so much to express my deepest gratitude to my family for taking good care of themselves and hence allowing me to pursue my path no matter where I'll be. I cannot be more grateful to them!
