Finally got hold of this book when I visited Kinokuniya on Dec 27 last year after 23 months away from home.
Deepest gratitude to Coach Erin LEE when she introduced this transformative gift while she conducted the Mindful Listening practice during her weekly Take A Pause program.

Intention and motivation, the roots of karma, are absolutely central to Buddhist psychology.
The most effective way to direct our karma is to clarify our motivation and set an intention.
When our intention is to live with nobility, respect and compassion, and we act from these intentions, we share a positive future.
The seventeenth principle of Buddhist psychology:
Be mindful of intention. Intention is the seed that creates our futre.
一切因缘而起,因念而生。
当执着于某人某事某物时,
就会患得患失,烦恼也接踵而至。
若能心无挂碍、念念不住,
放下一切,就会无有恐怖。
This is really one of my favourite books of Jack Kornfield.
