Erin Lee is a Mindfulness & Wellbeing Coach, and Founder & Curator of niàn Life. She advocates mindfulness as a way of life, and supports individuals, communities, and organizations in effectively developing and integrating the skills of mindful awareness with urban life. Erin holds a Master of Science in Studies in Mindfulness, and is a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher. She started Take A Pause, an online practice session on Insight Timer, and co-initiated The Big Sit, a global community initiative that inspires the use of public spaces for fostering good mental health and wellbeing.
