Whether you are a new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner, you will find this 5-day retreat supportive if:
You are emerging from a period of transition and wish to step into the next season of your life with renewed clarity and strength.
You long to reconnect with your sense of purpose and joy, and to cultivate a grounded confidence for the path ahead.

You cherish the idea of pausing amid the natural beauty of Ubud, supported by a like-minded community of practitioners.
WHY SPRING?
Spring is a season of awakening -- a return to life, energy, and colour. At Light On Life: Spring Sensations, we contemplate and practice the following themes:
1. Renewal and Rebirth
As nature awakens, we are reminded of our own capacity to begin anew, to meet each day with freshness, curiosity, and hope.
2. Growth and Intention
Spring invites us to plant the seeds of possibility, to nurture what matters most, and to set clear intentions for the months ahead.
3. Nurturing and Care
Like tender shoots reaching for light, our growth requires attentiveness and gentleness. Spring invites us to nurture ourselves with patience, compassion, and steady care.
4. Joy and Wonder
Amidst blooming life, spring encourages us to rediscover our innate joyfulness, to open our senses, and to delight in the simplicity of being.
5. Energy and Presence
As life stirs around us, we are reminded of the dynamic balance between rest and movement. Spring calls us to reawaken our vitality while staying grounded in presence.
