But have we really been here for our body? Have we shown it enough appreciation and care?
In this live session recorded on 30 June 2024, I guided the Take A Pause community in paying attention to the body and reflecting on practicing non-harming towards the body.
We started our meditation with an open awareness of the whole body, tuned in to an excerpt from Thich Nhat Hanh’s book You Are Here, and closed with a full body scan.
